We’ve had mobile networks deployed in the UK for nearly 40 years, and 5G deployed for 6 years, but some people still do not learn. Initial 5G sites were recognizable by having a new 3.5GHz Active Antenna added, but in reality most 5G signals in the UK come from a radio transmitter previously used for 4G. Claiming that 5G harms your health is demonstrating that you don’t understand science.

1G, 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G all rely on exciting/modulating radio signals with a carrier signal and amplifying them via a large antenna. That’s it, period.

In the same way as the telephone wires which carried Morse code, then 64Kbps voice into your home now carry 63Mbps broadband, we just got cleverer in modulation.

TV signals are the same, digital TV signals allow us to broadcast more channels in the less spectrum, and we now use the spare spectrum at a fraction of the power for mobile.

So today we receive rural 5G at ~200W on the same spectrum as was used to transmit Dixon of Dock Green at 1,000,000 W from TV masts in the 60s!
