The report does not suggest that Zacks SCR had access to non-public or inside information. Instead, it reflects analysis based on publicly available data, partnerships, financial disclosures, and POET's announcements.

Zacks SCR also mentions that while it receives compensation for its services, it operates independently and does not provide investment banking services, implying that the analysis is based on available and disclosed information, not proprietary inside information.

Anything can happen over the coming weeks.  Let's see who's right.
