This is good news ONLY IF Rockley's IP portfolio is Celestial's contribution for a JV with Post . E.g. in Singapore.

So hopefully we are still friends with DL and Celestial.

Otherwise Celestial is a new competitor , whose CEO knows everything about Poet's strengths and weaknesses.  Hard to imagine. 

The only info I have got is that the new homepage and newsletter will arrive very very soon. A question of days not weeks.
