Help please with US taxes

Could someone tell me how I go about getting back withholding taxes from the US.

I just bought some LINE shares and got my first dividend payment today but almost half of it was witheld for taxes in the US.

Do I get that back when I file my income taxes at the end of the year.? I am Canadian.
