Well the Warriors finally lost a game. They certainly made for a great start. If there is any consolation they did win the previous game against the Boston Celtics in double overtime. Again they did win that one, but lost the next game to the Clippers, a fairly good team team who played their best game of the whole year. If they lost a gut wrenching, emotional game like the double overtime one, that would have been very hard to take. In the game they did lose to the Clippers, they were just out played, but might have been drained, physically and emotionally, after the double overtime game the day before. I was kind of worried about how they would take their first loss. They basically smiled, shook hands, and congratulated them on their victory. I think if they lost in the double overtime game, the loss might have lingered longer as they came so close. Good on the Clippers. Still, 24 and 1 isn't such a bad start for the Warriors.
No NBA team has EVER swept a 7 game road trip. They warriors had 6 in a row but lost the 7th. On well, and onward to the championships. Of course they have to make the playoffs first.
Cheers
