Thanks for the info, Rob. That gives me hope. I'm going to dig a little more. The local branch rep I was dealing with had printed off some information but she wouldn't give it to me to take home. I would have liked to scrutinize it because on first glance I didn't interpret it the same way. By that time I was really just sick of dealing with the incompetance. And I'm really a patient person when I comes to dealing with front line staff.
