Dr. Taylor's retirement

As I am unable to attend the THM, where I might have the opportunity to meet Dr. Taylor and personally wish him well in his well I his deserves retirement, I think the least I can do is to send him a card and note of thanks. Does anyone know where he lives... Connecticut, Toronto, ???? Or any suggestions where I might send said card.
