Data plan SIM card at Toronto international airport?

Does anyone know if I can buy a prepaid SIM card for wireless Internet at Toronto international airport? Data plan is sufficient; I don't need to make or receive any phone calls.

BTW, roaming would be very expensive! Vodafone, my provider in Germany, would charge 11.54 EUR (= 17 CAD) per megabyte!
