So finally we will learn about all this as soon as someone exceeds the 10% of the companies equity, and quite sure "they" will try to keep below as long as possible. Equity in the sense of these insider rules, is this based on the total possible float or on actual market cap?
Remark: It would be definitively illegal to use dummy corporations or special purpose vehicles to accumulate more then 10% to gain control over POET.
