i rebought @ 32 cents on March 30th in anticipation of the year end. Although the financials were dismal for 2016, Q1-2017 may give the SP a shot in the arm. Looking forward to the Q1 results.

Shorts are still in control here. Not enough volume to take them out. But, I believe the Year end results got their attention and you may start to see a slow move up based on them attempting to cover.
