Lumenge I would generally understand the desire to see insiders acquire position.. However in the instant case I think it prudent to stay focused on the issues you have ID. Don't water done the goal of the letter,

the second reason is I believe they have been working hard, cuts in salaries, taking abuse, etc. I would like them to know we understand this.. Suggesting they buy shares at this point because we preceive them with no skin in the game I believe will been seen as offensive. We both know this is not the intent of the letter.
