I find it interesting that within the past year or two there has been much talk from industry about the end of Moore's Law, but it seems that since AM mentioned that in order to go to 7nm and lower, a hybrid approach would be required using III-V materials, and now it is full speed ahead with the push to 7nm and beyond.t
