Interesting Keynote from OFC 2017

As additional context, I found this presentation from earlier this year to be an informative description of the industry mindset and approach to integration. GaAs is in the picture, but more of an afterthought vs. InP and Si Photonics. But, to me, the slides again validate that Poet's approach is aligned with the industry roadmap - need to deliver, of course. If they can get funding so they can get to the point where all the GaAs building blocks are in place, it would be quite a mind shift for the industry.
