He is a hub leader by our standards if you want to look at it that way. He posted a while back that he doesn't really want the burden to be one, too much trouble he said or something like that. There are some here that "vote" him out of that leadership by giving poor start rating, why? who knows, just seem rather petty to me.

He's a smart man, I for one feel blessed for him offering his technical knowledge to this forum, it's something I don't possess, I understand it to some degree but not to the capacity he does so thanks to him for sharing.
