For these tenders (wafers as well as organometallics) other companies will apply. This is the field of highly speciallized chemical producers.

Here in Germany Umicore is the biggest producer of GaMe3. Aweful dangerous stuff in deed, toxic, burns spontanuous on air. Please no contact with humidity or water -> Boom... So you work in closed systems under nitrogen athmosphere and in high vakuum. In the 90' I worked with this material and even produced it. It is the hell :-). But this is the everyday bsines of wafer fabs, just few people know.

This is why I am sure noone will put this material on shelf, they will buy it and consume it then asap.
