Says it sees FY 2018 H1 net profit to decrease by 30 percent to increase by 20 percent, or to be 120.2 million yuan to 206 million yuan ...

I know you were copying and pasting, but I cannot tease out the true expectation from the phrase: "net profit to decrease by 30 percent to increase by 20 percent"
