Personally, I am 90% sure that our POET is still in the play there. Well, I am disappointed that so far this tender was not granted to them - but also to no one else! Would it make sense to build up all this infrastructure at ISRO, the production lines, even providing all the chemicals and wafers - without having the key technology secured? 

I am sure everything is settled - but not published due to certain security/ non-disclosure issues. But this sooner or later will change. Possibly this will kick the SP to regions where the warrants get executed. Or. Not.
