On November 20, 2019 (13th) Global & China Optical Communications Development and Competitiveness Forum was grandly opened in Shanghai International Convention Center. ODC forum is jointly sponsored by Optical Communication Committee of China Communications Society and Asia-Pacific Optical Fiber & Cable Industry Association, organized by Asia-Pacific Optical Fiber & Cable Industry Association and Network Telecom Research Institute. For the first time, this forum was held at the same time as Global Optical Fiber and Cable Conference 2019 in Shanghai.
