Turr, that's gross speculation and I'm shocked to hear speculation on any board associated with POET!  Lol. 

The US death rate has been pretty low compared to a whole lot of places. but that's a large number nonetheless. No one will ever prove it would have been better under any other President. Too many factors. But it's so easy to say it would have been better if you dislike him or it would have been worse without him if you're a supporter. So easy, in fact, it's really all you hear!
