Yes, they share space in the Bell Lab in Allentown. Nokia agreed to aquire Alcatel-Lucent, Bell Labs' parent company in 2015 in a share exchange worth $16.6 billion. Their first day of combined operations was January 14th 2016. Poet moved in with them last year.
