Netlist just won a patent infringement lawsuit against Google. The lawsuit has been going on for 10 years. From what I have read Google had no more appeals except to take it to the Supreme Court. 
Netlist has modular memory technology and a bunch of other tech which I have no clue about. 
just throwing this out there for some opinions.
