Registering shares

A bit embarrased to ask this but Google searching hasn't helped me yet.

How do you register your shares with Poet to become a "Registered Shareholder". I've held them for 6 years but would like to have the option to vote when the opportunity arises.

Appreciate any pointers in the right direction.
