I try to take a look from the sidelines:

1. The Difference in their View:

FJ: Tech is great, Communication is not important enough at the moment to waste confined energy and money for improvement. 

BCD: Tech is great, Communication not. This should be improved as would be a good investment.

I am more in BCD's camp here, but any opinion has to be respected. You can argue, but you can't change one's mind if he does not want to. 

2. Everything else (behavior etc.) 

There is nothing wrong to discuss this. No one is perfect. You may write hundreds of posts, but it should be done here, not at the main forum.
