Looking Forward, from a technical point of view the company appears to be quite confident they have a handle on whatever challenges that they may face and I see no reason to doubt them. I do not actually possess the brain power to truly say I fully understand the whole technolgy issue but I trust they do.
As I ponder the other side, which I am comfortable with my ability to understand left from right so to speak, that being the market side of the POET story, I can't help but wonder if the lack of sustained activity from the new listing (which I myself obviously mistook as a short-near term catalyst for volume/price improvement etc that should normally lead to a higher valuation for a company such as POET), that it may start to impede upon their plans to continue to go full speed ahead as they they have clearly stated the eventual need to increase the funds available to the company to execute their obvious desire to be a major player in the the sector.
Perhaps the daily pressure on the sell side may be forces that are betting that the company, although having stated they are not doing a financing down at these levels, may be forced to go to the market before the so called bigger Institutional players are ready to commit. They cannot afford to have a stop and start type of runway and as a shareholder I am always concerned about the treasury being sufficient at all times to guarantee that the necessary hiring, technical accomplishments etc can happen without hiccups.
Anyway just putting my thoughts out there.
