Just a reminder of the geography at issue regarding Xiamen, home to the Sanan-POET JV (SPX):

This last link is a picture that shows the ROC's proximity to PRC's Xiamen in Fujian Province, China. ROC = Republic of China = Taiwan PRC = People's Replubic of China = Communist China

Any attack by PRC on ROC would undoubtedly involve the area in and around Xiamen. Just something to keep in mind. Life is complicated sometimes.
