The response was basically that you need to get the messaging to the right people. Influencers who would welcome stock suggestions with 2 dozen or so people each filling in comments one time and one time only with valid reasons why they should look at a particular company.
All of the accounts listed have a history of doing that. In particular @unusual_whales has been a key account in the $GME, $AMC, $BBBY sagas. It's very different than targeting big celebrity names who don’t want spam and neither do their followers. Same applies to analysts and entrepreneurs.
That is where the danger for a company comes into play and can get an account reported for spam violations causing blacklisting.
Again I want to be certain that your effort is not going to create long term harm to POET’s efforts. I will let you know what the response is from POET.
