My apology to you, ZimZim, and to bluecollar.  It seems that the "Contingency of Circumspection" has a few more members accounted for than I supposed. Welcome aboard, guys.

With luck and fortunate circumstance the CofC will all be totally off the mark regarding our genuine concerns about lifting the veil of our arranged marriage bride in China. Nothing would be better than finding out that all of our misgivings were simply misperceptions and overcautiousness.  A total waste of time! 

As far as the Sanan-POET Technologies deal is concerned, we are way, way past the clock in so far as "Closing Time" goes, it has been a done deal for some time now.  Part of the historical record no less.  Why waste time focusing on the rear view mirror?

Perhaps Mickey Gilley's description of Closing Time did not apply in our JV situation and perhaps when POET lifted the veil on our partner at the wedding we saw nothing but a beautiful countenance, but those of us in the Contingency of Circumspection just can't help but wondering if the arranged marriage was influenced by less than 20/20 vision at Closing Time?  Because.....
