I think you have to look at the big picture. these repricing of options, if it even is done, is just noise. I am sure these institutions were given the heads up that this would be something put forward for the AGM.

   You do not get a design win with a company like Foxconn and 20 million in institutional financing if the company was a dud. Remember these institutions have incentive to get this price way over $4.26 Canadian to get them in the money so their warrants will be attractive to be exercised.

  POET maybe planning on buying a company that will enable them more quickly to make their own modules. There is so much at play and POET has succeded in getting financing well into 2025 which is what Suresh plainly stated was their goal.
