Marvell Technology was very proud to collaborate with the National University of Singapore on hosting the "Driving Semiconductor Innovation For AI" on May 23, 2024 in Singapore.

, executive director of the Institute of Microelectronics, and executives from companies such as Applied Materials and AMD shared their ideas on how semiconductor companies will meet the challenges of AI.

The speakers also highlighted how Singapore is growing its presence in semis through increased investments and R&D in targeted foundry services and advanced packaging, a critical foundation for AI chips.

“(Packaging) brings together technology from classical semiconductors to and additive manufacturing,” Aaron Thean, deputy president and provost of NUS told the over 350 attendees.
