Its an old article from last year, but while scanning over this article I couldn't help thinking that the response in China to U.S. and European efforts to limit the export of chips to China is a Chinese version of the Trump phrase:  "Make America Great Again".  It is almost as if Xi Jinping is proclaiming loudly:  "Make China Great Again!"
