I had no problem contacting him by phone. The last time I talked to him was Nov. 21, 2007. I told him on the telephone conversation to stop jerking us around. You said there would be a news release and nothing has happened. This is the mail I sent him afterwards:"That you are jerking us around about a news release to be released

I asked him if he could give me an indication of when we can expect
some drill results. He said that we are awaiting to get some more
drill results and we will put out a release as soon as we get them.

He said that we are still drilling and that a 43-101 resource
calculation could be out in 2 weeks. We have some of the information
but it's not complete yet. I asked: In 2 weeks we'll get a 43-101
report?

He said if you called me 2 weeks ago, I would have told you the same
thing. We are expecting to have it shortly. Once we get the drill
results from the current drill program, which is on-going, we will
incorporate the results into an updated 43-101 report.

What about the Mabel property in Mexico?

Reply: We will start drilling in 2 weeks. "

Last week I gave you a call and you said there may be a news release
if I don't have to go up to Ryan Lake. If I do then the news will be
released next week. This is the "next week" you referred to and still
no news. You told me that you had some results and were waiting for
some more. It's has been three full weeks since October 31, 2007. We
as shareholders need management to let us know what is happening.
