PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA--(Marketwired - June 6, 2014) - Paladin Energy Ltd (TSX:PDN)(ASX:PDN) ("Paladin" or the "Company") is pleased to advise that, in respect of the agreement to sell a 25% interest in the Langer Heinrich Mine as announced on 20 January 2014, CNNC has notified Paladin that the condition precedent in relation to the National Development Reform Commission has been satisfied. The sale remains conditional upon approval by other Chinese Government authorities.
