I just read an article that would explain why management has not hired a person to replace Hamish yet.
In one part of the article it said this:
Insiders are now seeing their stocks collapse and the market makers in Canada and London have literally headed for the hills. Insiders decide to let the market take the stocks down to wherever they are going and will enjoy reissuing options to themselves and management at much lowerprices and wait for the next upturn to cash in.
With the AGM going on last week why would they want to promote Palladon when its insider options time. It's in their best interest to keep the price low before cheap options can be handed out to all the insiders before the first trains hit the west coast ports. I expect the insider incentive stock options to be set at .50 next week and most likely there will be 600,000 or more issued. After that has been put in stone then with a magical wave of there wand, a Investor releation person will be hired and promotion will start.
