Subject: Questions for Shareholder Conference Call
Question 1: Please explain in detail why the Board of Directors has decided to suspend the effort to ship ROM ore in the short term a few weeks after making the statement "The negotiations have gone very well with the UP and the Port and we are now finalizing some of the terms with CKI in light of the commodity changes worldwide" and please explain what management means by "in the short term"?
Question 2: What is the Company's current cash position and how does Management plan to meet the Company's obligations to Luxor by June?
Question 3: If the Company can't meet its obligation to Luxor by June, what is the effect on the assets of the Company and on shareholder value?
