As soon as the BCSC excepts last years screwed up quarterlys and the year end for 2008 and the 1st quarter for 2009. After Palladon files all of last years and the begining of this years finacial statements then the stock can start trading. I figure that will be about mid August.

Thats if they dont screw the filing part. With these guys you never say never.
