Passport Potash Inc. announces that drilling has resumed on the Holbrook Potash Project
Vancouver, B.C. January 11, 2011.
Passport Potash Inc. (PPI: TSX.V) ("Passport") is pleased to announce that drilling has resumed at the Holbrook Basin Potash Project. We will be drilling an additional 10 to 15 holes, enabling us to further characterize and delineate the extent and grade of the potash deposits on our land holdings. The information obtained from the drill holes will be utilized by SRK in the preparation of the NI 43-101 Technical Report.
Passport has decided to allow the LOI with the Karlsson Group to expire, although non-exclusive negotiations with the Karlsson Group may continue. As the LOI is no longer in force, we are exploring possible opportunities and ventures with interested parties that will lead to optimal project development.
Passport Potash Inc. would like to invite all shareholders and the investment community to attend the Vancouver Resource Investment Conference January 23 and 24 at the Vancouver Convention Center located at West 1055 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC. We will be located in booth #209. We look forward to seeing you there.
The Company also announces it has granted 2,498,500 incentive stock options to directors, employees and consultants at a price of $0.32 for a 5 year term.
