I'm still gathering info about this and so far nobody can confirm that this is POET related. I've actually heard some say that it's not.

Nevertheless, most of the reason I'm getting involved here is that IBK and Sam are taking control, when it would be easier to just let the company languish. They must have come into contact with many people while promoting POET who have interesting technologies, specifically optoelectronic ones as the latest PRs have eluded to. So even if POET ends up not connected to this, I'll be sticking around to see what they plan to do.

I'll be making some posts in the near future about the case for and against a Peat+POET connection based on what I know or can guess.
