I strongly believe that the current valuation is significantly undervalued.

1.  # 15 in top grossing social app.  (Live me at #1 spot that has a value over +$1.75 billion)

2.   Expansion of product based of in app purchases and end to end transactions

3.  Ability to purchase goods from valid merchants.

4.  Impression avenue provides further montenization for streaming.

5.  Explosive growth we have seen in the app over all.

With the tech and app combination at this level and stage of peeks I would put a conservative valuation of peeks at $350 million.
