Huge upside on GNZ at only .05 Canadian a share. This company is extremely undervalued. They have 100% proved over a billion barrels of recoverable oil in a 60 section block of near surface oil shale. Add to your Canadian holdings before the price sky rockets.

GNZ Corporate Profile.
Goldnev Resources Inc. is a Calgary, Alberta based public energy company actively engaged in the exploration, development and production of unconventional oil shale resources and conventional crude oil and natural gas resources in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Goldnev’s shares are listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange under the symbol GNZ.
Goldnev’s oil and gas properties are located in the Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan and include both conventional and unconventional oil and gas resource opportunities. Conventional projects are located at Noel in northeastern British Columbia, at Provost in east central Alberta and at Pincher Creek in southwestern Alberta. Goldnev also has significant landholdings and is exploring for and developing an unconventional oil shale deposit comprising of two contiguous oil shale permits totaling 155,443 acres of oil shale exploration and development rights in the emerging Pasquia Hills oil shale region in east-central Saskatchewan.
Goldnev is poised for dramatic growth with a strong inventory of oil and gas exploration and development opportunities from high-quality, long-life reserves with significant potential for increased production and cash flow, complemented with longer-term high impact prospects, including its oil shale resource project in Pasquia Hills.
Mission Statement
Goldnev’s goal is to become a significant Canadian intermediate energy company that is recognized as an industry leader in the exploration, development and production of oil, gas medium depth basin reserves and oil shale resources with an equal emphasis and focus on the commercialization and production of viable unconventional oil shale deposits in North America and the establishment of conventional oil and gas cash flow generating projects.
Corporate History
As a result of a corporate restructuring in late 2005, Goldnev Resources Inc. was transformed from a gold exploration company based in Vancouver into a Calgary, Alberta based oil and gas exploration and production company.
In May 2006, Goldnev acquired two oil and gas properties in British Columbia and Alberta. The Company is the operator of and owns a 66.5% interest in these properties, which include four sections of land and three proven, producing oil and gas wells.
In June 2007, Goldnev announced a farm-in agreement with a private Alberta company to explore and develop two oil shale permits in Pasquia Hills, Saskatchewan, totalling 155,443 gross acres (6½ townships). Under the terms of the farm-in, Goldnev has the right to earn up to a 50% working interest in the oil shale permits over the next five years.
In March 2008, the Corporation announced that it had entered into an Offer to Purchase Agreement with a private Alberta company to acquire oil and gas property interests in 9,600 acres (or 15 sections) of land in the Pincher Creek area, located 175 km southwest of Calgary, Alberta. The working interests being acquired range from 7.5% to 25% and consist of rich gas potential as well as a new oil discovery. The Offer to Purchase Agreement has been accepted and the final closing date will be dependent on the timing of the completion of an independent engineering evaluation report being prepared in accordance with the terms of the offer.
Strategy
Our vision and strategy is to increase shareholder value by building a company capable of long-term sustained growth with a primary focus on oil shale resources, natural gas and crude oil production and reserves and build value through the exploitation and discovery of existing and new reserves in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Management’s strategy to achieve these goals is to increase its assets based upon a grassroots exploration and development program, to generate farm-in and drilling opportunities in medium depth oil and gas prone trends and known shallow oil shale deposits where the company can acquire and hold, large working interests and control of its assets and the infrastructure necessary to facilitate the exploitation, development and exploration potential of its energy resources and reserves.
The components of our operational strategy and significant prospects for growth focus include:
The exploration and development of high-impact, high-quality, long-life reserves that have significant potential for increased production, reserves and cash flow;
The acquisition and exploitation of near –term medium depth oil and gas, exploration and development prospects;
Develop farm-in opportunities with major oil and gas companies to acquire large landholdings in underexploited areas complemented by selective acquisitions in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
The ownership of a majority working interest in its assets and operations to control the company’s destiny and pace of development;
Focus on the company’s three existing core areas at Pasquia Hills, Noel and Pincher Creek and to create a balanced portfolio of exploration, development and exploitation prospects in areas in which the company has the management, technical and operational experience.
Focus on long-term, high impact non conventional resources with an emphasis on becoming a leader in, and aggressively pursuing commercially viable oil shale exploration, development and production projects in North America.
Goldnev Investment Highlights
Very few junior oil and gas companies are exposed to such high quality oil and gas prospects as those represented by the Pasquia Hills, Noel and Pincher Creek properties.
A highly skilled management, engineering and technical team with over 200 years of combined oil and gas industry experience. Strategic partnerships provide a full complement of engineering and operational staff.
Poised for dramatic production growth, the company plans to drill and re-complete a minimum of two high impact natural gas, 2 crude oil wells and 10 oil shale core holes by December 2008.
The Noel, Pincher Creek and Provost properties are located in active oil and gas fields with nearby pipeline and processing infrastructure.
Focused on unconventional oil shale resource prospects. The Pasquia Hills oil shale development project is strategically located at or near surface of the Manitoba escarpment outcrop edge allowing the oil shale to be extracted by surface mining methods and using the proven oil shale processing retort technologies currently in use in other parts of the world has the potential to be amongst the first producing shale projects in North America.
