I'm confident that we will pass through .45. Questions is when. Spec could drive it there. News will definitely push it through...either spinco, drill results, JV, general improvement in resource sector, etc.

A takeover is always a possibility, however I think given the ownership structure it is highly unlikely that the Friedland's would let go for less than $2. I think it more likely, and it has been discussed here and over on SH, that a JV could materialize. Essentially PGD would tradeoff future $$ (via either royalty or % ownership) for investment to bring Chidliak to production.
