Petromin increases share ownership of TerraWest Energy

VANCOUVER, Feb. 18 /CNW/ - The board is pleased to announce as a result
of the success of the 2008 drilling program in China it has unanimously
approved the exercise of warrants to purchase an additional 16.66mm common
shares of TerraWest Energy Corp. (TWE) - increasing its holdings in TWE from
approximately 25% to approximately 31% of total shares issued.
