At the request of Enviro Energy International Holdings Limited (the “Company”), trading in its shares has

been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. on 6 July 2009 pending the release of an announcement in

relation to, among others, the entering into of a subscription agreement by a wholly-owned subsidiary of the

Company constituting a connected transaction and a potential major acquisition which the Company

considers price-sensitive.
