Good buy at 3c. Already jumped for you to 3.5c/4c. This is a well run little company and if things work out then 3c will appear absolutley ridiculous. But that is where people say "I wish I had bought in at those levels". Well done for taking that step. Yes it's high risk but right now all stocks are (short term) high risk.

My average is 6c a share and happy to hold. I remember Robin Dow (President of phoenix) saying he couldn't believe how low the share price was at 15c a couple of years ago.

Some good company news and a change in small cap sentiment in the next 1 - 2 years and there should be some very good profits to be had.
