PNP has such nice exposure to the whole NOT DE mining area play that it's surprizing that no one is posing to this site.

Perhaps it's just the larger investment guys that are interested in spreading the risk by buying in through PNP's holdings?

My feeling is it's a less risky way to participate as they likely have a better feel for market and can change positions more quickly that most retail investors. Also, my opinion as no financials released covering recent month, they have already made money on this activity. Possibly a lot of money.
