Edit this title from the Fast Facts Section
Yesterday lot of buying pressure in 0.14$, bad condition in other part of the stock Market, waiting for news and 10KSB-Filing, but let see what we can expect from next days:
First of all 10KSB-Filing will be available today or tomorrow. The same like last year(16.07 ), many things are already known but some other investors will come in because they will find this stock very promising. We can expect lot of reports about pltg like last year after 10KSB-Filing, this will be good because we will see clearly direction of our sp, we will see that this stock is totaly undervaluated and many new investors will buy in. After 10KSB-Filing this week we will get also news that can put our sp in new trading range somewhere round 0.25$. What kind of news we can expect? Here you can find from which project we will have an update:
Whitley County Field
The Whitley County field is located near Emlyn, just south of Williamsburg, Kentucky.
We are compiling and verifying the acreage position at this time but it is believed to be approximately 1,200 acres. There are 5 wells (2 producing) and the gathering system connects the producing wells to the Delta Natural Gas Co. pipeline, which operates around 150 psi. and consists of approximately 7 miles of mostly 3” plastic gathering system with some 2” plastic and fiberglass.
Laurel County Field
The Parkway Project consists of 4 integrated parts. A steel high-pressure natural gas transmission pipeline. A steel gathering system connecting the transmission line to 4 existing wells. The wells themselves and the 1,700 acre lease.
The transmission line is a welded, x-rayed and tested 6” epoxy fusion coated steel pipeline approximately 3 ½ miles in length connecting the field to the Delta Natural Gas Co. pipeline, which operates around 150-200 psi.
This project consists of approximately 1,700 acres of leases with 4 operating wells, producing both gas and/or oil. There are more shut in well bores available to be re-worked and placed online. A number of landowners, realizing there is a new transmission line in the area, have contacted us about leasing opportunities and field personnel have reported that there are more potential wells for hookup.
In the state of Texas , the acquisition target was achieved by a joint venture near Kilgore, with a potential 50 well re-work program.
One lease acquired by Platina Exploration in Oklahoma consists of 10 re-entry wells and a Salt Water Disposal well. The re-entry wells are currently being re-worked and are being brought online according to schedule with new energy efficient submersible pumps. These leases also have numerous in-field drilling locations for natural gas production in the Wolford formation.
Rusty Creek Prospect
Located in Niobrara County, Wyoming, this oil lease encompasses 1,600 acres currently with one producing well and one re-entry well opportunity. The producing well, when drilled back in 1997, yielded as much as 1,500 barrels per day for the first 90 days with a subsequent decline curve over the last ten years to still yield over 300 Barrels per month at the present time! Recent research by the Platina team into the field well formation has discovered an alternative possible pay- zone in the Dakota sands.
Appalachian Energy Corp was formed as part of the original acquisition of approximately 50 well sites on 1,600 leased acres in the Devonian Shale formation in Hawkins County, Tennessee .
Subsequent to the acquisition, the Company expended resources to provide scientific data for the field by geological and petroleum engineering reports. These reports, using conservative natural gas prices, indicate a net present valuation of the field on a PV10 basis to be well in excess of $60 million . The Company has successfully drilled several wells to date and will continue expansion of production as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Individual well production estimates extrapolate production to be in the 100 -150 mcf range daily. Pipeline access from several end users cross the field and ample compressor capacity is readily available and in place. Platina’s resident manager of the field estimates that 50 wells can be drilled within 12-18 months. The quality of gas is such that NYMEX pricing or a slight premium is possible.
All togeteher, we should expect here lot of great news, 10KSB-Filing with great reports and this is time to buy!!!
This was in the last fact sheets after last year 10KSB-Filing:
