Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 7, 2022) - Plurilock Security Inc. (TSXV: PLUR) (OTCQB: PLCKF) and related subsidiaries ("Plurilock" or the "Company"), an identity-centric cybersecurity solutions provider for workforces, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Aurora Systems Consulting, Inc. ("Aurora"), has received a US$972,000 purchase order from the U.S. Department of the Air Force as part of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's (NASA) Solution for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) program, a U.S. Government-Wide Acquisition Contract Vehicle (GWAC).

The U.S. Department of the Air Force is a branch of the U.S. military, protecting air, space, and cyberspace.1 The order is part of the SEWP V program and aligns with Plurilock's stated goal of expanding within the government and defense verticals. All contracts and orders announced by PlurilockTM and its subsidiaries since January 1, 2022, including the latest orders, represent a combined total of roughly US$25.3 million in disclosed sales.

The Company also announced that in connection with the services provided by AGORA Internet Relations Corp. ("AGORA") under the online marketing agreement entered into on December 30, 2021 between the Company and AGORA, the Company has issued 237,895 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.19 per share to AGORA as the second and third (final) installment payment of $40,000 plus applicable taxes. The parties have agreed to terminate the AGORA Agreement as of September 30, 2022.
