ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA--(Marketwired - Sep 4, 2015) - PolyMet Mining Corp. (POM.TO)(NYSE MKT:PLM) today reported that it has filed its financial results for the three and six months ended July 31, 2015. PolyMet controls 100 percent of the development-stage NorthMet copper-nickel-precious metals ore-body and the nearby Erie Plant, located near Hoyt Lakes in the established mining district of the Mesabi Iron Range in northeastern Minnesota.
NorthMet is nearing completion of a decade-long environmental review led by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Forest Service as Co-lead Agencies and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and three Minnesota Chippewa bands as Cooperating Agencies.
The financial statements have been filed at www.polymetmining.com and on SEDAR and EDGAR and have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. However, with a working capital deficit of $59.093 million, going concern assumes conversion, extension or refinancing of the convertible and extension or refinancing of the non-convertible debt on or before March 31, 2016.
