From a very small sample of 67 shareholders who regularly appear to post on these boards .. it appears that 3 are indeed for the deal and one has actually sold his position, leaving 63 shareholders to be accounted for.

From this total of 63 remaining on my list, 31 Goldstone shareholders have indicated that they are not happy with the present deal with their 6 million plus shares.

If this very small sample is an indication and the trend of the shareholder's sentiment.. Premier may not actually get to take over Goldstone with their present offer on the table.
