Sent a "report abuse" when I got home from work and skier sent me a message. Just to let all you guys know, there is a toll free number that anyone can call and ask question of anyone on the Premium team. Christine was nice enough last night to spend app. 45 minutes talking to me about most of the information I posted. The Premium team won't bite, you just have to catch them at the right time.
