The Plan of Operations has not yet been approved. We have indicated to Premium that the Plan could potentially be approved in October 2010 at the earliest.
The Forest Service is currently completing environmental analysis as required by the National Environmental Policy Act and Forest Service policy. This included a 30 day public comment period, which closed August 2, 2010. We did receive several responses which will be considered in the environmental analysis.
